New Look for 270 Legal

I’ve been working on a new look for 270 Legal, my site where I provide links to legal agreements found on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s website.  It changed from a single post “blog” to a blog in magazine format, using the free Mimbo theme.  Check it out and let me know what you think.  Also, please spread the word to your attorney friends. Because here’s a dirty little secret: a lot of attornies use the SEC database to search for contracts that they can use as a starting point for their contracts. Trouble is, the website is cumbersome to use to search for documents.  Yes, you could subscribe to Lexis or Westlaw to make your searching easier, but that costs a LOT of money.
